°®¶¹´«Ã½app invest in NET AG system integration

HAMBURG, GERMANY – The °®¶¹´«Ã½app Group AB (°®¶¹´«Ã½app) today can announce that it has signed an agreement to acquire NET AG system integration (NET) from the current owners Percy Rahlf, Jürgen Ludorf plus other minority owners.

°®¶¹´«Ã½app Group (°®¶¹´«Ã½app), was founded in 2008 and is a global provider of solutions and services focused on helping companies successfully enable their Digital Transformation Journey from product development to aftermarket services.

°®¶¹´«Ã½app is considered the leading and trusted advisor within the product development sectors. This is achieved by combining best-in-class software solutions, technical support and professional training, with divisions located across the globe. °®¶¹´«Ã½app’s solutions are centered around the portfolio of products provided by PTC Inc. and Ansys Inc. These are focused towards the areas of 3D Design (°®¶¹´«Ã½app), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Service Lifecycle Management (SLM), Internet of things (IoT), Augmented Reality (AR) and Simulation (CAE). °®¶¹´«Ã½app develop their own range of software applications to add extra capabilities to further enhance utilization for the main solutions it offers.

The group had sales in 2020 of ca SEK 320 million, is headquartered in Sweden and has operations in Finland, Denmark, Norway, Germany, United Kingdom and the USA.

This acquisition allows °®¶¹´«Ã½app to continue the growth of the services we provide to our customers and partners, not only within mainland Europe, but also as part of the continued expansion of our global footprint. Together with our existing business, Germany will be one of our largest regions with great potential for continuous growth. In addition, it complements our established geographical coverage in Germany.

When acquiring NET, we saw the potential synergies in combining our services and winning cultures, not only to continue supporting our customers, but to also develop a deeper understanding of how we can best enhance the services & support we provide whilst guiding them through their digital transformation journeys.
