°®¶¹´«Ã½app Acquires PD Solutions – Strengthening its Global Presence

SINGAPORE—The °®¶¹´«Ã½app Group AB (°®¶¹´«Ã½app) today announces that it has closed an agreement to acquire Product Development Solutions Pte Ltd. (PD Solutions). With this acquisition, °®¶¹´«Ã½app expands its presence in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This strategic move further solidifies °®¶¹´«Ã½app’s position in the market and enhances its ability to serve customers worldwide.

Following the transaction, Mr Tay Ming Hui, founder of PD Solutions, was appointed as the Managing Director of °®¶¹´«Ã½app for Southeast Asia.
