°®¶¹´«Ã½app acquires NET AG system integration

1st January 2022 – NET AG system integration (NET) will be merged into the already existing German company °®¶¹´«Ã½app GmbH.

Effect on our business relationship
Until the merger is registered in the commercial register, business communication will continue as before. Only the layout of the NET AG systems integrations will be adapted to the °®¶¹´«Ã½app look & feel. During the first quarter, support packages, training offerings, services and some product names will change.

Timeframe
The entry of the merger in the commercial register will have taken place by April 30, 2022. January 1, 2022 will be chosen as the conversion date under commercial law with retroactive effect. From this date on, all correspondence including invoicing will continue to be conducted via and as °®¶¹´«Ã½app. °®¶¹´«Ã½app GmbH will be the legal successor of NET AG system integration.

This strong partnership aligns with the strategic focus on the topic of digitalization of both companies. All customers benefit on different levels and receive more in-depth expertise on various product development areas: °®¶¹´«Ã½app, CAE, PLM, IoT, AR and SLM, proprietary developments complete the functionality of these solutions. The integration into a global service and support organization will also be an advantage for many customers. Customers operating internationally can now be better served at their locations. All employees can exchange information within a broader knowledge base and gain international career opportunities.
